My first impression wasn’t great. I liked the item, but I needed a different size, and the exchange process felt kind of confusing from the start. They did accept the exchange, which I appreciated, but it took a few days to hear back each time and I wasn’t always sure what was supposed to happen next. It did work out in the end, but it wasn’t as easy or smooth as I expected

I ordered this expecting it to arrive within the timeframe they gave, which apparently was a bit too much to hope for. It showed up much later than promised, and the tracking was basically useless unless you enjoy staring at the same update for days. I had to reach out just to get any real info, which was fun. The item itself was fine, but the shipping experience was such a hassle that I wouldn’t order again.

I thought I was getting something a lot nicer based on the way it was described. The wording on the site made it sound more premium than it actually is, which feels misleading now that I’ve seen it in person. The items looked good in the photos, but they feel kind of cheap and not at all like something worth the price I paid. Shipping was fine, so no complaint there, but overall the value just isn’t there. I could’ve found something similar for way less somewhere else. I wouldn’t buy again.

I couldn’t really get into the site. Felt a little messy to me. And the colors. Just kind of off.

I wanted to like it, but the fit just felt kind of strange on me. It ran smaller than I expected, and overall it didn’t sit right… maybe it works better for other body types, but for me it was just off.

It took them days to get back to me, and when they finally did, it didn’t really solve anything. What made it more frustrating was that I kept getting different answers depending on who replied, so I wasn’t even sure what was actually correct. Disappointing experience overall

I ordered this necklace thinking it would look like the photos, but it felt a lot cheaper once I got it. I don't really remember much about the packaging or shipping, so maybe that part was fine, but I definitely remember being disappointed when I tried it on. The clasp felt flimsy, and after wearing it only a few times, the finish already started rubbing off. For the price, I expected better quality.
